Please make sure you complete all of the application to the best of your ability. Some of it is redundant but different departments need some of the same information. It will actually slow down the process if the application is not complete.
For instance, follow the directions on the form I-9 explicitly. We cannot fill it out by seeing copies of your cards or other documents. Someone has to see the original documents. If you have a document from List A you will only need that one document. If you do not you will need two documents...one from List B and one from List C. (Usually your Drivers Lic. and SS card ) You must take your I-9 form and your original documents to one of our offices or if that is not possible take them to a notary public. You can find them at banks, libraries, car dealerships and other places. You cannot go into the payroll system until this is done.
Often, faxed cards and certifications are not legible...they look too dark. And sometimes we also need information off of the back of the card, such as your TWIC card number and expiration date etc. So fill in the info sheet as completely as possible. (It sometimes helps to make a legible copy of these documents prior to faxing or emailing.)
All applicants that are going out on a job must be background checked and drug screened.
